met?

I do not think so, at least not yet.

WOuld they be likely to co-operate in any joint ventures?

Possibly.  I can see Kodachi financing Hikaru's magical research to
help Kodachi get Ranma and Hikaru to get Akane, although I think the
Black Rose might backstab Hikaru so as to eliminate Akane entirely.
