It is just me or do we have another example of an 
"annoying-all-knowing-omnipotent-original-character-who-gets-all-the-gir  
ls-and-boys" here? Ranko here is a little too capable.

This was my main problem with it too. Ranko has just -too- much power and
goodies, and the story stops -dead- while Skuld goes through the 'shopping
list.' Furthermore, a complication that could have provided a very
interesting story arc ("You I kill!") is sidestepped by a deus ex machina so
transparent as to turn the stomach.

Still... it's not like Takahashi-sama hasn't introduced characters with
similar levels of cheesiness herself... (I keep thinking of Rouge...)
