That was really amusing! And the setup was handled well, too, as far as
the trio of girlfriends.  As for Kodachi, in Three's Company, Mrs. Roper
ran a lot of interference for the trio; Kodachi can still do that,
actually. If she finds out Ranma's a boy, she can help them keep it from
Tatewaki (so she can chase him herself on the sly).

A couple thoughts on continuing it:
We find out in the OAV series that ... *GASP* Ranma can cook! So, really
they have 3 chefs in one place; Jack's best friend of 'Larry' could
easily be played by Ryouga. He'd just have more rivalry going than
before (or perhaps you saw Mu Tzu in that role?)  Akane could be like
that older woman who moved in upstairs for a season and was always
hitting on Jack. ^_^ Literally.
