Chapter 13 is large enough that even using attachments, I'm splitting it 
down into two parts for those who have difficulty with mail over 100k.  
Anyway, that's all I have to say, beyond the fact that previous parts 
are available at the Waters Under Earth homepage at 
http://www.geocities.com/Tokyo/Bay/9758/ and of course, C&C are 
welcomed.  There's also a short piece for WuE going up on the page that 
follows immediately after Chapter 13 which may be of interest to people, 
but is outside the main storyline enough that I'm not posting it with 
any of the, for lack of a better term, 'official' chapters.  Anyway, I 
guess that's it.
