Continuity, Continuity, Continuity. If Genma is Ranma's mother, then
who's Nadoka? Why does Soun wail the passing of his wife if he -is- the
Nodoka used to be Ranma's father--who turned out to be an uncle of the Kunous.
He was splashed with the water from the Spring of Drowned Righteous
Woman. I thought that was a nice touch. It would've been too much if
Happousai was Ranma's father also, though I was kinda expecting it since the
'fic *was* labeled evil.
Souun apparently cries at everything. I wonder what water Yuriko was
splashed with. I liked it that the kids weren't simply splashed with the
Nannichuan and the Nyannichuan. This makes it more than a simple
case of changed gender--more like complete change of personalities.
Working this type of thing into a fanfic is admittedly difficult, but the
only truly evil fics are the ones that could "really" happen. When I read
this, my thoughts weren't on the awkwardness of the situation, but on
the issues that I presented above. Ultimately, it distracts from the
content of the fic.
I was supposed to take this seriously? 0_o I turned off the critical part of
my brain the minute Souun started telling his story.

Ukyou--who is whose wife and who should use the Nannichuan?)
