	It's basically a question of how powerful you interpret Galactus to 
be, and how you compair the power levels between the two universes.  For 
instance in examining Galactus from a DBZ viewpoint, the only time he's used 
planet destroying force is when he eats the planet, which either requires his 
machines or knockes him out for a while, but on the other hand:  Goku's Geki 
Darma attack works by tapping a fragment of the life energy of every living 
thing on a planet, while Galactus's feeding consumes all the life energy of 
every living thing.  Thus Galactus posseses several million times the power of 
the strongest Geki Darma.
