All I have to say is this:

Manga #37, Page 123.

This is after Ranma & Co. make off with that staff (can't remember its name).

Ranma and Mousse wonders where Ryoga has gotten to.

Plum and Genma-P tells him he went off to get eggs, since the ones they had
were the ones that wrapped people up.

Ranma & Mousse's response loosely translated: You sent him to do what?!?!

Ryoga is seen riding the staff, shouting his trademark phrase: Where am I?!. 

And Where is he? Russia, of course!

(BTW, this is my most favorite scene in all the manga.)
