The People's Choice Ranma 1/2 fanfiction voting for the first quarter of
1998 is officially cancelled.  Right now, both Richard and myself have had
problems and delays galore, to the point that we have not been able to
properly run the poll.  We will be back in operation on July 1, in which
the works of the first six months of 1998 will be voted on.

We apologize for any problems and inconvenience this may cause people.
