This came to me after reading a lot of 'Bubblegum Zone', and going over
the RPG. I've also heard of a lemon where Priss and Sylia are the ones
who fall in love... I haven't read it, as I don't know the title, or
where it's archived.

Here it is. 

Rules and Regulations

Mackie had come home early. The day had been a total letdown. Noone he'd
been to see had been in, and the shops were packed. Eventuallty he'd
given up and returned to the apartment.

"Tadaima..." he called, before he realised that there had been sounds
from his sister's study. Now there was dead silence.

"Burglars?" He thought, as he slowly approached the door. He opened it
quickly, and was completely stunned by the scene he saw.

Syllia was standing there, blouse opened, but nonetheless in her typical
businesslike outfit, with a riding crop.

Even more suprising was Priss, gagged, stripped, hands tied together and
pulled up by a rope. She was on the tips of her feet, as her arms were
stretched above her. There were welts on her back, buttocks and thighs.

Both the girls were staring at Mackie with shocked and embarrassed
expressions, Sylia sweating, Priss with puffy eyes.

Mackie sighed.

"I see you finally got round to revising rule 11then, sis."
