Yes, which is why the name sounds familiar.  But it's been
several years, and she only met him a couple of times, so
it's easy for her to forget.

I don't see how she could *forget* him. He was just *so* obnoxious.

If you were using the anime version, there's no *way* she'd
have forgotten him -- remember <snip>

Ugh.  That *is* obnoxious.  But nothing like that happens in the manga.  I
mean, the mind-swap because of the dentist appointment does happen (and
solidifies my opinion that Kazuya is a jerk), but that dressing scene
doesn't happen.
