That's how I felt too, now that I think about it.  Nodoka kept pointing the
finger at Ranma, making Ranma feel guilty for something which isn't
entirely his fault, and becomes less and less of his fault as time goes on.
 Nabiki realizes Akane's deep well before Kasumi does, and Kasumi refuses
to listen to Nabiki.  Ukyou, in her infinite love for Ranma and sticking by
him as a friend, actually provokes Akane, who has nobody to vent on but
Ranma.  Not that it would have mattered in the end.

*raise eyebrow*  Rather harsh, don't you think Lawson-san?  On the whole,
I was actually sympathetic for all involved merely because they ALL were
somehow at fault, and that no one really had the right to blame someone
more than the other.

So, after many months past the release date, TBE is -still- being
discussed on the FFML.  Zen must be laughing in his grave.

Wait a sec.  I take that back. ^_^

So because everybody's at fault, nobody's at fault?

Schizophrenia, a fairly well known mental disease, is often not recognized
until the children who are suffering from it become adults.  The autism
that seems in retrospect to be a dead give-away is often explained as
shyness, the paranoia as a child's imagination that never went away.  If
they're not treated, who's to blame?

One symptom that the victim is having a heart attack is that he acts
unreasonably in getting attention to his problem.  Even after having the
situation explained, many will still refuse to seek treatment.

People, if they don't know what to do about a problem that has no
permanant solution, will want to put it off in hopes that they problem
will go away.  This is just how humans are made.

So, is Akane different than those with a heart attack or schizophrenia? 
Are the actions of Ranma and Co?  Not really.

The sardines weren't worth the trouble.  A few more shots, then 
Ryoga-san would overheat and explode.  Ducking around a corner, 
I managed to lose him as I entered the ramshackle residence of 
my Anime supplier.
