Yeah... and I accept that, but you must admit it's not very
encouraging to someone to receive virtually/absolutely no response to
something that he/she writes.  It's happened to me, and it is
considerably upsetting, as I imagine it is to anyone.  Granted, I
may not be able to pour as much emotion into my writing as Mr. Lawson
can, or make something as suspenseful as IMBS, but I really don't think
I'm a bad writer.

I plead guilty on that one. Again, it's just my opinion, but I really
don't care for the Ranma anime where it differs from the manga.

That's not really fair, though.  For a lot of people, the anime is a lot
more accessible (and cheaper) than the manga.

the series concept. My favorite (or least favorite, depending on how you
want to look at it) example of this was the one where the Kuno siblings
fought by pulling high-tech guns on each other, and where Akane is
incapable of doing gymnastics without Sasuke's help.

It was pretty poor as the episodes went, but I still found it amusing.
I always particularly liked episode 118, where Happosai got physically
stuck to Ranma b/c of some pills they'd taken.  Don't know if that one
was in the manga, and I really don't have a reason to care.

Sure, I'd love to read the rest of the series past the end of the anime,
but it's not really feasible right now.  I can't afford it.
