Oyuki is the one who can create blizzards, and is the princess of Neptune. 
I think she's more of an Ukyou type person.  If you remember the TV
episode, that was the girl who was talking to Ataru while the
Stormtroopers were relegated into snowshovelling duty.

There's something else that comes to mind here...

UY was extremely episodic.  My local Anime store jumps from TV tape
episodes 5 to twelve and thirteedn, then to seventeen.  However, I had no
trouble following what happened at all.  (Well, I needed a couple minutes
to figure out who Ran was, and I had no clue as to the history of "that
big white cat" but that's it.)

UY episodes do -not- lean upon past ones (except, of course, for the first
one)  Therefore, merely fusing the Ranma 1/2 characters striaght into the
TV episodes will probably produce a set of fics that do not differentiate
from the originals.  After all, even if one episode is disrupted, it will
not impact upon future episodes.

Perhaps it is best if this were to become a partial fusion, or fusion
crossover.  Someone suggested earlier that we just replace Ataru with
Ranma, and keep the rest of the characters the same.  Here's my
suggestion, along these same lines. 




Ranma is fighting with his father, when he was told about the fiancee
arrangement.  Lum & Mr. Invader (yes, that's his name) are walking towards
the Moroboshi house to make their proposition.  When Ranma gets bashed
with a sign by his father, he stumbles, and manages to catch himself onto
Lum's horns.

Genma (Note that both Ranma and Genma are in uncursed forms) grabs him

Genma: 	Come on, boy!  It's time for you to get married...
Lum:	Married...Yes!  I'll marry you!  *glomp*  *zot*

So, Lum wants to marry Ranma.  Mr. Invader disapproves (he wants the tag
race to be between Lum and Ataru, since he's there to conquer a planet and
Ataru has been chosen by the Oni computers to be the most pathetic). Genma
tries to sneak Ranma away to meet the Tendos.  To satisfy both Lum and his
father, Ranma ends up attending both Tomobiki and Furinkan.

This allows us to draw from -all- the characters and events of both
series.  It also allows us to twist the past as we may, borrowing from one
series to effect the other as convenient.

Now, ideally I would do this fic myself.  However, I have not read as much
Ranma 1/2 as I would like, and as I mentioned above, the UY TV episodes
that are available to me are few indeed.  Therefore, is there any interest
in coauthoring this?  It seems like a potentially fun project for several
people.

The sardines weren't worth the trouble.  A few more shots, then
