Okay...  Here's my latest idea.  Anyone care to take a stab at it?

Someone has already beaten you to it, sort of. A similar (not totally
identical, but similar) version of this idea is the plot for one of
the future chapters of the one of the most underrated Ranma 1/2
continuing fanfic series, "Naisen". It'll be a while before more of
that comes out, because the authors, aside from having hectic lives,
have also spent the last 10 months or so on a severe Dragonball kick,
but it'll come along one of these days...
