I've posted an updated version of Chapter 4 on my website.  I won't waste
bandwidth by re-posting it here, as the changes are fairly minor: a few
scenes are given somewhat different interpretations, and Itsuko gives a
rather fuller account of her "argument" toward the end.  (I won't be more
specific, in case there are people who haven't read the original yet, but
want to.)
