[Shortly after volume 38]

	"Kasumi, now that Ranma and Akane have finally admitted how they
feel..."
	"WHAT?!?  We have not!"
	"Since when did I say I liked that tomboy?"
	Silence fell over the table.  Nabiki smirked and waited for her
father to take his cue.
	Soun slowly placed his chopsticks on the table.  "So, Ranma, you
haven't yet admitted that you love Akane?"
	"Damn right!"  Ranma glared at Soun for a moment, suddenly
flicking his eyes at Akane upon glimpsing her jump in surprise.  His mouth
dropped open for a fraction of a second as he finally realized what he had
admitted to. 

	It was two hours before Ranma finally got a moment away from the
celebrating fathers to apologize to Akane.  Lucky for him, she was in a
forgiving mood.  Nabiki never got the chance to finish her question.

[A few months later]

	Kasumi smiled to herself as she entered the small shop, and sat at
the counter.  "Konichiwa, Ukyo."
	Ukyo paused to wave to her, her hands moving quickly to avoid
burning any of the okonomiyaki cooking on the overfull grill.  "Konichiwa,
Kasumi-san!  Be right with you."
	Kasumi watched as Ukyo expertly served the salaryman who had
come in lunch.  Soon, Ukyo was standing in front of her, and grinning.
"So, what can I get you?"
	Kasumi leaned across and took hold of Ukyo's hands.  "Ukyo, I
would like to ask you something...."  She glanced around.  "...privately."

[Some time later]

	Ranma stared at his wife in shock.  "You don't mean..  Kasumi??"
	Akane slowly nodded.  "I'm not sure, but I think so.  Ranma, what
if it's true?"

	"Soun, it's not the end of the world."  The sobbing man paused to
say something, but it was lost in the flow of tears.  "It's not that
unusal, many families go through this..."
	"Anata, I don't think this is helping."

	"Not for any price, hentai.  She's my sister for one thing, and
besides, it's Kasumi!  Of course it's not true."

	Dr. Tofu paused, and leaned closer.  "Really?  You don't say.
Well, don't hold back, you have to tell me who you're talking about."
	His patient shuddered, and got up to walk closer to the door.
"You see, doctor, it's actually Tendo Kasumi."
