Who here is interested in the idea of a crossover between Sailor
Moon and Marvel Comics' _Generation X_?  This is only in the planning stages
right now, but I am thinking of mainly focusing on one character from each
of the series, with others only playing small roles.  This leads to a couple
of questions:

        1: In the Sailor Moon anime or manga, how much is known about Ami's
father?

        2: If Ami's father knew Professor X, but neither of them knew or
suspected that Ami was Sailor Mercury, and Ami travelled to America, would it 
be believable for her to stay at the "school" with the Gen X kids (can
anyone say "convenient plot device), or is that so unbelievable that I'd
need to have her stay somewhere else and meet up with Gen X in some other way?

        
        As you probably guessed from the above questions, I am leaning
heavily toward Ami/Mercury being the Sailor Moon character I will focus on
in this story.  For the Gen X character, I haven't made a final decision,
but at the moment my top choice is Jubilee.
