One day, Switch opened his eyes and noticed that something was amiss.
It was not something Switch was able to pinpoint immediately, but it
felt weird and Switch immediately sought help.

"Maybe you need therapy," suggested someone.

"Oh no," said Switch, "I am allergic to therapy.  All those ink blots
make my nose bleed."

"Ah," someone agreed.

And at that, Switch was immediately deemed to be Undergoing Mood Shift,
and sent on the Switch way.

As Switch traversed the distance to the Entertainment Capital of UP
Village, the Sun bore upon Switch, making Switch turn back.  Much to 
Switch's surprise, the shadow which should have trailed Switch was not
there.

"That is strange," Switch said.

Instead, the shadow seemed to trail in front of Switch, short at first,
lengthening as the Entertainment Center of UP Village loomed closer.

Switch immediately noted the weird thing.

"What a weird thing," noted Switch.

Instinctively, Switch knew that weird thing, though unobstructive and
sessile now, was filled with danger.  Indeed, Mayhem had foreseen it,
and that in itself was bad.  This, aside from the fact that it had 
exactly looked like the Dirac's Ocean Angel in Evangelion.

Switch immediately took two actions, one more tedious and difficult
than the other:  one was to make a note of everything that Switch saw,
and the other was to make sure that the Zu had a chance to escape the
ensuing danger and destruction.

Even though all this would mean that the Zu would have to leave the
Entertainment Capital of UP Village, the only home it has ever known.

Even though all this would mean that Switch would have to work Switch's
butt off to find a way to get things done for the prolonged existence
of the brood.

Even though the Zu itself may be scattered through the winds of time
and anime-space, without any means of contact among themselves or
without access to a phoneline to connect the #$@^$!#ed modem to get
to the FFML.

So sue Switch.  He'd been watching "All Our Yesterdays" again.
