It's a common misconception that this is how a anti-matter bomb should 
work. In reality, it's a very crude method of making an anti-matter bomb. 
You see, only the matter and anti-matter on the contact surfaces- where 
they actually meet- on both halves would convert into energy. That's less 
than 1% on a bomb of this size. The rest of the material would be merely

The correct way of doing this would be to suspend lots of tiny packets of 
matter and anti-matter next to each other in a force-field. drop the field 
and almost all, more than 90%, of the material would be converted to 
energy. I'm sure Washuu would have figured this out too. It's well within 
her powers. And the bomb could be a lot smaller too.

She wants it to be big :)
But she wouldn't want to waste a moon's worth of anti-matter, either.
I'll have to think about this.
 

Anti-neutronium isn't any different from neutronium and it won't blow up 

in contact with >other stuff.

I'm not too sure about this, I once read a story about using an 
anti-nutronium bomb to turn the Earth into another asteriod belt. 

Several physicists have now pointed out to me that while the neutrons are
neutrally charged, they're made up of quarks that ARE charged, and several
other particle properties also come into play.  So I'll have to change my
bogus physics.
