I feel that your writing is wonderful, so please keep that in mind when I
ask you to rewrite that last chapter from scratch.

It's kind of nice to see that instead of making an SI where the 'new guy'
solves all the problems without expending the effort of a sneeze is
wonderful.  However, if you're not going to change the story at all,
what's the point of the new character? 

Think of it like this.  What if the character was named Janitor Bob.  Now,
if you read a story that was essentially BGC episode one, just with a
character named Janitor Bob, what would your reaction be?  Something along
the lines of 'oh my god that was so cool!' or would it be 'so what?'

To me, it seems kind of odd that Chris recognizes that he's in BGC, but
doesn't seem to remember the events of the first episode!  My
recommendation is this:  Chris uses his advanced knowledge to fill them
in, but gets them into even more trouble.  Not easy to write to be
entertaining, but otherwise there is really not much justification your
Self Insertion.

(BTW, my Mason/Largo arc will be VASTLY different from the other SI versions
of this.)
