I think you're missing the point here.  A Fan's Fic is exactly that -
fiction wirtten by a specific fan.  It is legally his/her work.  Now,
whether that Fanfic breaches someone else's copyright is something
else again entirely.

Whether? I'd laugh right now, but it's pointless.

I was only thinking about him...saying if indeed he wrote 90%++ of anything
'originally', would he then be right in saying 'I own the whole pie!'
scenario bit.

Oh, well.  I didn't mean that he has no right to it.  I only think it is ...
what's the word...well, if anyone puts anything for public consumtion...what
does it tell of him if he suddenly rants that he doesn't want anyone to
think, say, react, respond to such a public display (no hentai thoughts
here).  Does it mean he's naive?  No, but he's sure can't seem to take
responsibility for his actions, or at least take some blows because of it.

I wish he'd treated that MST like a hot piece of SPAM.  Throw it away and
don't bother complaining to the author, coz that what SPAMMERS like, return
mail.

Anyway...my big anyway to anyone that's thinking of adding to this thread.
A big 'Move on' guys and gals, we've enlightened the author enough.  Thank
