	Priss is the daddy of one, and Sylia is the daddy of the other.

4. Nene - She's demigod these days, perhaps she's created a hardsuit
and is gallivanting around time helping out people.  Second most likely
person that would have Sylia's design plans that never made their way
to paper.

Nene is dead.
 

3. Linna - This goes under 'never expect' category since she's
currently dead.  However, as I mentioned before, time travel is ALWAYS
possible, in fact, I believe whoever the Black Sabre is, she is a time
traveler.

2. Priss - For the same reasons as Linna.  Priss would know exactly
where to be to help out Sylia and Priss in whatever predicament they
get into simply because she's been there already.  Of course, there's
another person who's been there the entire time which brings us to...

This would have to be time traveling Priss, given she wasn't in the
mood/position to be suddenly showing up there.  And I find it unlikely
Pluto would be letting her time travel around much.
