On the subject of a work being MSTd there is really nothing you can do
about it. Most copywright (sp?) laws include a clause that allows quoting
and other use of material for critical review and or parody. A MSTy is a
parody of your work. So there is realy nothing you can do other than ask
the author to desist, and he/she does not _have_ to comply.

Personaly I generaly consider a parody to be a strong form of flatery. In
other words someone considered your work worth their time to parody.
Like Wierd Al, who's song parodies are generaly considered flattering by
the artist in question.(yes there are a few exceptions like Amish
Paridise/Gangstas Paradise)

Anyway I didn't read the MST in question but I ask was it realy a flame or
are you just annoyed at it being MSTd.
