I agree the couple should be Ranma and Akane and Ryouga as Rocky, but

Kuonji Ukyou as Eddie
Saotome Genma as Dr. Scott
Happousai as The Narrator

Interesting concept, I would like to see it done.  It would make quite a
humorous read at the very least.
