The halls of Nerv were almost painfully quiet as they watched events above
them unfold.
	Not out of respect, or fear, or awe, but mostly out of shere disbelief as
a slight red haired girl wearing nothing but a plug suit chased after the
15th angel.
	Asuka had, it seemed, had finally lost it.  True, she had been acting
strange ever since her Eva had been 'possesed' but this was far and above
anything they could have expected.
	
	A NONSENSE PRODUCTION..


	Misato swallowed a lump of fear and greif as she stared at the monitor,
silently pleading with the girl to run away as the angel simply steped past
her.

	Of course the sound relays chose then to come back on line.

	OF A PSUDO-RELIGIOUS FILM...

	"Don't you turn your back on me you lousy pigeon! You don't know who
you're dealing with!"  Misato cringed.  Yes, it seemed, Asuka had
definitely lost it.  Given her recent obsession with the theory of
reincarnation, and especially her recent eratic behavior, this wasn't
especially supprising.  Sad, but not suppriseing.
	It was while Misato was thinking this thought that her view of the world
changed.  As the magi went crazy.

	Claxon's shreiked and alerts blared as a totally unkown energy pattern
began to unfold...energy centered on Asuka Soryu-Langly.
	Who calmly crosed her arms, apeared to concentrate, and then screamed out
one word.
	"Levitation!"

Misato could only stare, along with the entire personel.  Commander Ikari
dropped his pen in stunned disbelief, and Ritusko could be heard praying.
	Because Asuka was flying.
