Now for the one million dollar question: 
Do anybody know of a martial art (or assimilate) using weighted shoes
as
weapons? Any feedback or hints welcome. I also need to kno a bit about
the kind of attacks used in the art of Kendo.

Well in Married with Children, Al Bundy came up with Kung Shoe (although
someone stole the idea from him on the show).
