Hi all of you guys n' gals. I remember some "exotic" debates about
skating martial arts, kata and other things of this kind, and I have a
question to ask. Anybody who knows about it can mail me privately to
prevent useless junk on the list.
Now for the one million dollar question: 
Do anybody know of a martial art (or assimilate) using weighted shoes as
weapons? Any feedback or hints welcome. I also need to kno a bit about
the kind of attacks used in the art of Kendo.
