Really?  I was so certain she'd died.  I thought the loss of their child was
one reason Peter and Mary Jane left the Marvelverse for a time and let "The
Scarlet Spider" assume the mantle of "Spider-man" during the whole clone
fiasco.

I could be wrong, of course.  It's happened many times before.  ^_^

It's also supported by the fact that the children of at least one
other "altered human" (actually, a couple of altered humans) in
the Marvel Universe have been mutants.

Namely, Reed and Susan Richards, of the Fantastic Four.

True.  Who knows what the Power Cosmic does to DNA.  Heck, it sure did Ben
no favors.
