I had an idea awhile back and don't think i'll ever get around to 
doing anything with it.

Brialliant high school student kasumi Tendo is recruited by the secret 
organization that runs the world. She decides that she wants out, they 
catch her and give her a lobotomy, resulting in the mindless kasumi we 
know and love. Dr. Tofu works fro them as well and tries to help her, 
they stick something in his head that shuts of his brain whenever he 
sees Kasumi.
