I've never thought he was evil.  Comic relief, yes.  *thinks back

Mousse, who has a blatent disregard for anyone who gets in his 
way. (He changes in Vol 23, but for most normal fanfics..)

I'd say they all act that way.  I don't see anyone clearing out the
innocent bystanders when there's a fight.  Besides, Mousse is
visually-impaired ;)

Genma isn't evil.  Lots of other things yes, but not evil.

Read Chris Jone's "Guardian Angel" for an opposing opinion.  I never
realized that Genma could be so scary.  It can be found at
