The FAQ does tell people to use tags, but doesn't specifically say that
the tags have to take the standard forms. Personally, I'd encourage all
of you to voluntarily stick with them, as they make auto-sorting of
posts easier. This will help get your stories into the hands of those
who'll enjoy reading them, and out of the hands of those who will just
be annoyed about having to delete them manually. But ultimately it's up
to each individual.

Having said that, I'll shut up about it, and hope that others will do
the same. :-)
