Shishi Houkou Dan: Lion Roar Bullet, more or less.  By focusing ki by
  concentrating on his depression, he shoots an energy blast from his hands.
  If he's depressed enough, he can do the "Complete" Shishi Houkou Dan, in
  which an ENORMOUS (ie. 30-feet wide) column of energy fires into the air,
  and falls back to the ground, impacting for some pretty major damage.

BakuSaiTenKetsu: Exploding Power Point, or thereabouts.  Taught to him by
  Cologne, this allows him to poke a finger into any rock and make it
  shatter with explosive force.  The training greatly increased his
  physical endurance.  He learned this under the impression that it would
  work on humans (and would therefore kill Ranma quickly, albeit messily),
  which it does not.
