are the students listed? Alphabetically? Who would be called before

We never see this happen in the anime or the manga, so I have no clue.
 

(2)	What information, if any, do we have of Sylia Stringray's mother?

Nothing, I think.  I'm not sure if it's official or a fanficism that she
left Dr. Stingray because of his being too wrapped up in his work.
