I've been going nuts setting up an auto-archive script for Microsoft Outlook
and right when I had everything working it seems like everyone decided to
use non-standard labels for their fanfics.

[FFML] (fanfic) (ranma) may be just fine for viewing purposes, but please
use the tried and true brackets.  Also, please put your description outside
of the brackets
ex.  [Fanfic-dark] would be [Fanfic] [Dark] Title of fanfic

Not a major gripe, and if you want to stay with parenthesis for some reason
I can't stop you, but lets find a standard and stick to it.  Thanks.
