The more prominent crossover in my mind is Sailormoon/Battle
Angel(Gunnum). 

	I had a idea like this once too.  Unfortunately I made the mistake
of suggesting 'Bishojo Senshi Sailor Gally' to a friend named Marco de la
Cruz and I suspect you've heard of the result.

Especially when I learned that the manga Hotaru was a
cyborg with a human head.  Not to mention the fact that the two look
like they were seperated at birth. 

	Omoshiroi... although the thought of Gally-chan discovering
herself to be the new Sailorsaturn is a bit... unnerving.
