Kodachi is too whacked out for this role.

She's more on the ball than her brother, who's been cast as Vader.

Nor does she typically employ goons.

*Nabiki* doesn't employ goons.  Kodachi is the captain of her gymnastic
squad, who are as close to being "goons" as anything else in Ranma.  And
she'd certainly have more interesting things to do with "Ran Solo" than
hanging him on a wall.

Now, I'm not saying that Nabiki can't work, or demanding she be replaced.
I'm just saying there are lots of possibilities here that are worth looking
at.
