It's late, too late for me to do anything but
sleep. But I can't! I have to write, there's
no possible way to avoid it!
 I remember a time, long ago, when the pain
wasn't there.
 First I started reading. It made the pain
subside for a while. But today it doesn't
help anymore. Writing's the only way to free
me of it. At least for a while.

 I remember a time when things were different,
when there were more of us, enough to do all the
work and to look after the humans too.
 When the others started to die or simply vanish
we hoped the humans could help us do the work.
We hoped they could care for themself. But all
they could do was making it worse.

 There are others like me. Others who have to
write. I don't know if they do feel the pain too
but I think they do. They are writing more, much
more than I do. It has to be worse for them.
 I don't know what to do, there's no doctor I
can talk to about this, noone who can help me.
Only my fellow... victims. Yes, you could call us
that, victims, cursed to write forever and ever.

 It doesn't matter how hard we work, the tree
becomes more and more unstable. There aren't
enough of us to do all the work. There aren't
even enough of us to do a fraction of the work.
 We gathered everyone we could find. We don't
sleep and we don't pause but it's futile It's
only a matter of time.
 There is a try to get us help, human help. I
don't believe it will work. Just like the last
time we tried.
 Loki says it does, he say he has success with
his plan but I don't believe it, it's impossible
to make humans understand these matters.
 I only wish it could be true!
