Are you familiar with the idea of ASKING someone before you put
them into something?  I'm not pleased with this.

I agree, considering that Warhammer did at least *attempt* to ask.
IMHO, Bailesu-san should be flattered that someone deemed to include
him in a songfic...so should all of us who were asked. It's not
remotely similar to the Thinker incident...it's a form of praise, to
be chosen for something of this nature. It was in extremely poor
taste to complain about it...

Forgive me for saying the same thing twice in a row, but I think John has
a perfect right to be upset that his likeness was used without his
permission.  I do not at all agree that it was in "poor taste".  If I ask
to borrow your car, and you don't answer, does that mean it's okay for me
to do it?  Same principle here.

In short:  Warhammer was wrong to do what he do, although it *was* a minor
transgression.  John had a right to complain.

Note to everyone:  Before using someone's likeness in a fic, *ask*.  And
don't interpret silence to mean acquiescence.
