Okay, so I missed Sailormoon S and don't know much about the origin of
the outers.  I've got a few questions that I need answered for "The
Rebound Effect" or it's going to have major plot holes (well, more of
them):

1) Where do Uranus and Neptune get their wands?  Is it ever stated or do
we just have to guess?  

2) How do U&N first apprear as civilians?  Do they transfer into Juban?
(am I even spelling that right?) or were they there all along?

3) I know they live in their own apartment, but is that because their
parents are dead/gone?  Do they have the apartment from the begining or
is it something later?

4) Also, when does Saturn get possessed?  Was it something really recent
to S, or was it something that happened a long time ago?  

Mostly, I need to know a bit of their history so I can work them into
TRE, since I'm going to have them drug into the new dimension as well,
and I'm certain that they won't just sit around waiting before
contacting the rest of the crew.

This story is happening during the first season timeline, if that helps
you answer this stuff.

Sorry about the spam, but this is highly fic related and asking the ML
saves hours of net searching on questions that are this specific (I've
already checked out several shrines and didn't spot what I need) and
theoretical.
