1984 - Bruce Wayne becomes Batman I.
1987 - Dick Grayson becomes Robin I.
1992 - Barbara Gordon becomes Batgirl I.
1993 - Karl Rossum, grandfather of Boomer technology
       and artificial intelligence creates HARDAC,
       the earliest man-made self-aware computer.
1994 - The Oceana incident: Mr. Freeze & wife disappear.
1995 - Dick Grayson (Robin I) quits and becomes Nightwing.
1996 - Tim Drake becomes Robin II.
2000 - Tim Drake (Robin II) killed.
2001 - United Nations and its individual countries passes
       meta-human regulations.  Many 'super heroes' driven
       to retirement or forced to work for their
       governments.
2002 - Last known appearance of Superman.
2007 - Leon McNichol Born.
2005 - Ra's Al Ghul takes over nation of Quarac, forms loose
       aliance of Middle East countries.
2008 - Dr. Katsuhito Stingray begins boomer research(?).
2010 - Sylia Stingray born.
2012 - Linna Yamazaki born.
2013 - Priss Asigiri born.
2014 - Nene Romanova born.
     - Joker I killed?
     - Batman I killed?
     - Second Age of Heroes ends.
2017 - Mackie Stingray born.
2020 - Dr. Katsuhito Stingray, father of boomer technology,
       creates the first boomer.
2022 - Dr. Katsuhito Stingray murdered by Brian J. Mason.
2023 - Genom Boomers make their debut in Japan.
2025 - The Great Kanto Quake
2031 - Original Knight Sabers debut.
     - Third Age of Heroes begins.
2032 - Brian J. Mason killed.
2033 - Largo killed.
2034 - Mr. Freeze awakened from cryogenic sleep.
     - Ice Boomer rampage.
     - AD Police HQ destroyed.
     - Mr. Freeze & Nora move to Antarctica, as
         overseers of Genom's Antarctic interests.

     - Joker II is born.
     - Sylia Stingray discovers the Curran Project.

       Antarctica, including the Genom

Misc. Notes:

The difference between the cyborgs Dr. Rossum created and
the boomers that Dr. Stingray created are as follows:

- Rossum's creations were entirely artificial.  Only
  highly specialized models had the ability to self-repair.
- Boomers are partially organic and make use of nano-tech
  robots.  All models have some degree of self-repair,
  and certain models have the ability to fuse foreign
  objects to them.

- Rossum's AI system rarely lead towards self-awareness,
  but self-awareness develops to an extremely sophisticated
  and intelligent degree.
- Boomer AI system, in comparason, frequently leads to
  self-awareness, mostly due to extermal factors (being
  overworked or exposed to strong radiation).  However,
  the intellect rarely develops beyond child-like
  levels and almost always develops violent tendancies.
