The list is not dead, it's overworked.  It has a 50,000 message backlog
right now.  For the last 24 hours, it's been working on it.  (It started
at 80,000)  This is why it was acting up recently.


Please, do *not* send your fics twice.  They are in the queue, and *will*
be processed.
