Hi people. 

Just a note from TimeRunner, he apologizes if he hasn't been responding to
any of his mail, as his ISP refuses to let him connect until he pays off
his past 2 month bill. Also, RL for him has been rather... pressing. 

He is currently rewriting Yen Town 4, and it should be ready for posting
sometime this week. 

Yes, his other projects are still in the works.
