Authors Notes:
The end came to me rather suddenly. Which was good for me, cuz I
was beginning to wonder if it would be possible for me to end it
without severely messing up. And see? (Almost) every character
happy. I would like to mention that I *know* things with the
memory altering is a little different in my story. In the anime,
Akane kept re-forgetting Ranma. But I like it this way, because
now they can love without Akane's temper getting in the way.
So, is romance a bad thing for me to write about?
[tweet-tweet] The birds sang their happy song. squirrels
chittered away with the joy of spring. Love was in the air.
[CRASH!] The boulder smashed the tree that the birds and
squirrels inhabited.
"Shut up!" Ryouga screamed. Everyone seemed to be getting
happiness but him. He couldn't even blaim Ranma for it. He had lost
Akane and once again he was alone in the world. The depression just
welled up in him, until,
"perfect Shi shi Hadoken!" The explosion that results from
Ryouga's ultimite attack left a path of destruction for miles around.
Where once was a viberant town, left only a crater in its place.
It was as if a nuclear warhead had gone off. As it happened in
Japan, a protectorate of the US, and the closest communist country being
China, the US launched a counter strike, which inturn was retalitate by
China. The world was a waste land by the end of the week.
The End
Heh, man I needed that. After the sweet little fic you wrote, I
just had to leviate the urcky feeling it was giving me.
