[Well, maybe she does and maybe she doesn't. We aren't in the fic enough
to be tottally sure if she wants to stuff out pig-boy and hang him out
to dry for good. Personally, they're both at fault for lying. Intensity
doesn't matter, a lie is a lie, no matter how big or small.]
Exactly. Perhaps I just foind Ryoga's lie more palatable, because it's
done out of emotion, while Akane's is from cold calculation.
Well, that depends(in my opinion) on when she started her lie. If, say, she
knew about it from the first night or so then I may be able to see your point.
However I think it more likely that, if Ranma ever did tell her, which I still
rather doubt, it would have been after she couldn't figure it out for herself.
Which, I would think, would be at least a couple of weeks together. I mean
if she knew in the begining, it would have been much easier for any facade
for her to not allow Ryouga into her life as a pet. I mean think of all the
extra time she would have to hold up the act whe she otherwise wouldn't
have to. Anyway, enough of that. On the other hand, think about this for
a second. You have, a number of weeks ago, aquired both a friend, and a
pet who you care for very much. Now imagine that they are the same
person. If I was in that position, I for myself, would personally be quite
emotionally upset and would like to cause them to feel the same in
return. Granted that having anger and a type of revenge as the basis for
doing something is not the most noble of methods available. However
I think it makes the action(if this truly is what realy happened, which I
doube) much more understandable.
