March 6

Hmmm.... I think you went a little overboard on this one about a couple
of the points in question:

   1) Not waking anyone up. Actually, this house is full of VERY sound
sleepers. Ranma only wakes up if he is actually under attack, and not
always even then (see the canon scenes shortly after Ryouga's arrival).
Akane is absent. Genma's as bad as Ranma, and he and Soun are clearly
not up to full strength. Nabiki's the only one who might be a light
sleeper, and we really have no canon, one way or the other, to base that
on.

   2) Speaking of that, declaring that Nabiki is "way too together" to
fall asleep at her desk is fine, if you're writing the fic. But if you
accept the idea that she is putting up an exterior while devoting
herself to managing the household (a common interpretation in fics),
then it makes perfect sense that she might occasionally "burnout",
trying to fill both roles.

   3) The computer was a tolerable item. I can think of several
reasons for her to keep both the ledgers/abacus and the computer. The
ledgers are probably in shorthand (and possibly coded as well, if she
includes details of *why* her...clients are willing to part with so much
money), and Nabiki strikes me as the type to work on an abacus because
she *enjoys* feeling the numbers flow under her fingers. At the same
time, she might want to keep the household finances on the computer so
somebody else could find them, in an emergency.

   4) Personally, I thought the P-Chan bit was fine, and not intrusive.
Matter of personal taste, I guess.

I concede the floorplan complaints, but also consider them to be
minor, correctable with a quick revision. I found RW's story to be very
entertaining, WAFF without being overwrought.

Just my two bits on SLLS of this story.
