Hi, all. I've received several letters asking when I'd finish the second
two parts of my BGCrisis fic 'Tangled Skeins'. Well, since there _were_ a
great many questions, I decided that it would be simplist to post a quick
update, and a bit of a surprise for the BGC lovers on the list.

First the surprise. The latest sourcebook for the BGC roleplaying game is
out, and *I* have a copy. In fact, it just arrived at my door less than 10
minutes ago *as I type this) via UPS. And it's _INCREDIBLE_! Part of the
reason I'd slowed down on the 2nd and 3rd parts of my BGC fic was that I
was trying to get more realistic details into the story, and now I have an
entire freakin' BOOK full of official, approved of by Artmic, details. More
new boomers, more new hard suits, more new _everything_!

As a result, I'm going to go back and re-write certain portions of 'Time
and Again' and 'On Dangerous Ground' to my personal satisfaction, using
material from the new _Bubblegum Crisis EX_ sourcebook.

Reguarding my Lovely Angels fic (don't even THINK that other name!), well,
'Mi Vida Loco' is coming along well, although I'm still waiting for Zen to
finish the MST'ing of the last posted chapter. 8-) <waves> Hi, Zen!

And there will be several special guest starts in the next chapter,
including a certain ex-navy corpsman type, and a certain Aussie. <Hi, Jon!
Hi, Ben> <EVIL GRIN>

And of course, hotels need maintinance engineers, and who can do that
better than a certain aussie engie-type? Want to run _now_, while you have
a head-start, Barry? ^_-

As for other appearances.. well, I'm at line 400 of the current chapter,
and when I reach line 800, I'll post it to the mailing list for public
comment. That's when all of the other victim^H^H^H^H^H^H volunteers who
gave me permission to use them in this story will discover what they've let
themselves in for.

	Heheheheheheheheheh...

As for the last subject, (my sincere apologies here, Tybalt & WW, but I've
been literally overwhelmed by letters on this), I have mostly recovered
from my recent stroke. The only residual effects are a certain lingering
tendency towards getting tired much faster than I used to, and a certain
slackness in the muscles of the left side of my face. I can use my left
hand again, and my typing speed, while not what it used to be, is coming
back. I appreciate all the letters and phone calls you gave me, and the
support you lent me. It was sorely needed and greatly appreciated.

	Thank you, one and all.

That's about it, except for one last note. For those of you who'd like
info from the new sourcebook, email me privately, and I'll be happy to
answer any questions about it, or supply information from it until you can
get a copy of your own.

Just don't ask for me to type the entire book in, please. ^_^
