Soun smiled down to his cute new wife. She was so sweet and
innocent when she was like this. "Sweetie, I love you."
The new Mrs. Tendo smiled back with a mouth full of chocolate ice
cream. Many around mistook her as the man's daughter. They were wrong.
"I love you too, Soun dear. Thank you for the treat."
"My pleasure. Business is looking up. I have some new students,
and I've been signed up for a competition. Ranma and his friend Goku are
fighting for us."
"Neat! There are less delinquints in my class now. I have less
need of draining people for ki. In some ways that's not so good a thing."
Soun smiled. "Well, I'm sure I can find some for you. My own if
necessary. I hear Kasumi is coming by tonight. Would you mind helping
her with dinner?"
The seemingly little girl grimaced with distaste. "She tends to
treat me like a baby, even though I am her stepmother, and her elder by
several years."
"That's Kasumi's way. Can you help being how you are? Niether
can she. Unfortunate, but true."
He was surprised when his new wife suddenly grinned, pushed the
ice cream aside, and kissed him full on the mouth, leaving syrup traces
over his lips. "I love you, Mr. Tendo."
"I love you too, Mrs. Tendo. What now?"
"Um...You go home. I'll be there in a bit." Her eyes flashed,
"I've got something to do."
Soun grinned, stood and walked out. His wife finished her ice
cream, and fished a nickel out of her pocket. "Let's do it."

Ryouga watched in dreadful anticipation as the giant safe glided
down towards his head at terminal velocity. Though fascinated, he tried
to move out of the safe's path, but he was too late in the manuever. It
slammed down on his head, showering various bits of guts and blood over
the sidewalk.
Above, Bugs Bunny chewed thoughtfully on a carrot. "I coulda
sworn dat guy was a toon," he thought to himself. Sighing, he turned and
walked away from the pitiful, messy sight.
