Yes, she does. But there is a vast difference between

"Ranma! You're naked with Shampoo! It must be your fault!" <BAM!>

and

    True she wouldn't usually do that. But consider this, she didn't get to
sleep at all, and her temper is even more strained now than ever. Also she
doesn't know where Ranma went, but will just as easily assume that some
fiancee took him in. And from there, her mind starts getting ideas about
what Ranma did. Like she did when Ranma was playing cards with Ucchan, or
when Shampoo appeared in his bed etc etc.
