The Shadowcat was laughing in his head.

    The Nekoken surged so violently inside his soul that he
gasped and clutched his chest, as if hoping to contain the beast
within him.

    He was trembling.  Tears mingled with the sweat and the
blood.  "No...  Akane..."

    **Akane couldn't make it.  Such a shame.  She never realized
she couldn't have you.**

    Ranma watched, listened, unable to move as the Shadowcat
stood before him and bared its razor-sharp teeth in a gruesome
smile.

	Great Chapter by the way, an excellent piece of work.  I look forward
to seeing how you wrap this up in the next chapter.  I especially liked
the way
Akane, reacted to Susa-no-o's "joke" with her.  <G>  She has definitely
grown up some, and developed a lot stronger personality in her time in
the
Kami Plane. It should be interesting to see Ranma's reaction to the new
and
improved Akane. ^_^

	I also liked the scene at the beginning with Nabiki, and Kuno.  I'm 
impressed Kuno actually did something intelligent for once, must be a
first. :)

So how long are you going to keep us waiting for the final chapter?
Also are
you planning a sequel/epilogue or is everything going to wrap in the
final chapter?

This series has been a great piece of work my compliments.  Please don't
keep us dangling to long for the next chapter.
