How about not posting private email to a public list when you and him
feuding is not the business of any of the rest of us?

I've had friends and relatives suggesting looking into the legal situation,
here....  I'm not the sort to follow that kind of advice, and I don't want
to escalate this to ridiculous heights.  I'm just too tired to deal with
this person any more....

Then don't email him, and don't read his email.  Given that he's in Canada
and you're in Australia, what's he going to do?  Beam evil thoughts?

If you're really worried, I suggest consulting a lawyer, and not a fanfic
list.
